I have a model DV360RFN model gas fireplace that I purchased about ten years ago. My remote is no longer working - I have ensured that the button is pushed to the “remote” setting -, but it still works intermittently. The remote is a Vermont Castings brand. Do you have any ideas. Can we simply purchase another remote that will work with our fireplace? The fireplace has worked wonderfully for the past 10years, but am really sad that I am having a problem with the remote. Daughter has a majestic gas fireplace and needs a new gas valve and of course it is obsolete. Cant find the model number down below. Has on tag DVRT 30. Thats all. Front opening measures 36” cant find a valve without the model . Whats up with this? Can send a pic of fireplace if would help.

What the hell kind of company do you run? I am a existing customer of 30 plus years who can not even get a call back, or speak to a knowledgeable human being about your product's that I've purchased in the past, which I'm looking to upgrade, improve or modify. Your people do not even know how to give me the common curtsey of a customer. If someone can get off their fat asses and return this e-mail that would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I do not even care what the e-mail may say, because I have come to the conclusion this is a useless company. I currently have two 42" Majastic fireplaces that I would like to talk to a human being about upgrading. Is this beyond your scope of what how a business conducts it's self and the things a normal business does?.

I purchased a Majestic Accolade fireplace insert this summer from a dealer outside my service area because my propane company doesn't resell inserts. My propane company did the initial installation and the insert worked on install day, but has not worked since. My propane company came back out and determined the unit was "broke" and I would have to work with the re-seller. The re-seller has been unable to find a tech. I have a temco vent free fireplace model ADF3324-2N. It did not come with a remote. Where can i purchase a remote control kit that will work with this unit? Also it has a mesh screen. IS there a glass door replacement for this unit. I would prefer glass. This is an older unit and i do not want to replace the entire unit, but want some more modern features.

I need a manual for Majestic Fireplace model MBUC-36. Unit was installed into this house 26 years ago by the builder. Hearth and back are cracked and need to be replaced. This is a procedure that I'm told I could DIY provided I knew how to get the bi-fold glass doors off I've no idea how to do that, hence the need for the manual. More info for the unit is found on the mounting plate inside the fireplace box. That info is as follows:Fireplace X7574452, Serial 18133752. I would appreciate any help you could give me; although given the difficulty I've had in contacting any customer service brand of Majestic I have very low expectations. Good day.
