I purchased a top from mango store in Phoenix city Mall lower parle, Mumbai. And I Found some defect in the piece. I would like to lodge a complain about the product and the service I received from Mango Clothing Shop at Menlyn. I Bought a dress which costs me R 699. 00 on Saturday. I wear the dress on Monday when coming to work. At around 12 O;Clock I realize that the dress is torn. Tuesday I went back to the shop for the exchange and the manager was so rude and refused to take the dress saying its my fault that the dress is torn. What I do not understand is that how can I buy the expensive dress and tear it. Secondly if the shop is selling good quality how can the dress be torn within a day. He even mentioned that maybe I do not know my dress size, which I feel so offensive because it is not for the first time I buy dress from Mango or from any shop for that matter. All I am asking for is to exchange the dress and get the quality of what I paid for. Please help me to get the service that I deserve as a customer.
