This morning, at approximately 7am on Commerce Drive, in Decatur, at the intersection of Church Street, a driver of Marta Mobility bus 4176 pulled right out in front of me I blew the horn. And then, the driver stopped in front of me and would not proceed in the lane of traffic, holding myself up and the cars behind me. I then got in the turning lane to go left on Clairmont. This put the driver of this Marta Mobility bus directly on my right. She, sarcastically, blew me a kiss. This driver is unsafe by failing to properly change lanes; and rude in her taunting, inappropriate demeanor I've attached a photo I took of her stopping in front of me, defiantly, as though she's punishing me for honking my horn at her when cutting me off with her unsafe lane change. This driver is completely unacceptable Luckily, there were no passengers on this vehicle. I will await your response regarding this matter. Sincerely,

Yesterday, I took Bus85 between Atlanta St and Oak St around 5pm and put ten dollars into the bus machine. The bill had a little difficulty going into the machine because it was a little wet(it was raining). After a few minutes, the machine took my money, but this morning when I came to my job my breeze card was empty. I'm sending this email to you to fix my problem. Hi, the only complaint I have for Marta is that buses should come and depart on time. Because of some drivers leaving a couple minutes late or , etc it's causing for us as customers to be sometimes late to things like work. It's even worse on Saturdays and Sundays. Please work on this issue of buses leaving and arriving to the station on tim. Thank You.

Unless Marta plans to offer the same level of rail service to the north red line please do not bother to Oren new stations. It disappoints me that I can not ever use Marta rail to catch a flight at Hartsfield. I have never had the option of a departure from Hartsfield after ten am. So. Hello My name is Tim Battle . I'm writing this email on behalf of my sister Connie Miller. My sister was injured on or about ten May 2016, while trying to get off the train at the Art station. The doors closed on her. The train kept going even though she was stuck in the door. She contact Marta via the phone in the station and in person. When she spoke with the person, he stated the only thing they could do was to call an ambulance. And she would be responsible for the fees. This no way to treat your customers. I've been waiting on the bus 194 in Ellenwood after work heading towards Forest Park to Conley road. The Bus driver drove pass me. I was clearly next to the bus stop sign literally touching it, and waiving my hands because i noticed he/she wasn't slowing down. I was highly upset because this wasn't the first time this has happened to me. I would appreciate it if the driver payed close attention to the stops and notice people standing and waiting for half a hour sometimes and nearly an hour because they're never on time. I really like Marta and appreciate the service, but the only down fall is they always drive pass giving the people waiting no choice, but to wait another hour sometimes forcing them to walk if it's pass 12. Please fix this Marta.

A little after 3pm today, March 17, 2016, a Marta bus number 1543 ran the Scott Blvd red light while heading down N. Decatur Road. The light had turned red at least two to three seconds, but the driver proceeded to run it. I have seen this quite a lot lately with your buses.

On January 28, 2016 at approx. 7:25ish I was traveling on Moreland Avenue was almost run off the road by bus number 34 with Tag GV8537C. The bus driver was attempting to get over in the left lane not caring that my vehicle was already in that lane. I assume he didn't want to miss his turn. If I had not swerved further out the driver would have caused an accident. Please discuss or retrain this driver on safety because he has obviously forgot the rules to driving.

Hi my name is Tony Clarke and it is approximately 7:29 as I'm writing this. I'm standing in the corner of Jonesboro road and Conley road waiting for the 55 bus. He comes down Jonesboro road going way to fast never even stopping and almost hitting me with the bus. I had to back off the curve to dodge the bus from hitting me. Then continues to drive by me like nothing happened, I had witnesses and all. I ride this bus everyday and have never had anything like this happen. I'm calling your corporate office to find out who was driving that bus tonight and have him questioned on why he did that. Like I said I will be calling to get to the bottom of it cause this is unbelievable.

The Marta driver for the BUS 180 for the 11:45 PM ride from College Park, Ga to Palmetto, Ga was not on the bus and riders go onto the bus and she called Marta police to have the riders standing taken off the bus. One of the two officer that came stated that the bus driver made a generalized statement that all the passengers standing has came onto the bus needed to retap their breeze card. I seen riders sit down after numerous people unloaded the bus. This still did not get the culprit who opened the door and made people connections and disgruntle for this harassment. I feel this could have been handled in a different manner as some of us gave up our sits for elderly and handicaps. Also, when the driver arrived to Palmetto, Ga and she did not complete her route as she made a U-turn on on HWy 29 up by Phipps Rd.

6788266321. I park at the northsprings train station everyday Monday - Friday and catch the train too five points roundtrip daily. I am so sick of late/broke down trains. It not only makes me late for work, but also going home makes me late picking kids up from daycare which is a fee. I understand that every now and then problems however it is becoming more and more consistent and it really is becoming a big problem. I try to leave early enough, but regardless its always something. Please get these trains fixed. You continue to go up on fare however it is not reflecting with the service.

I am highly upset with the 7:23 15 anvil block weekday bus. This woman never completes her route AFTER leaving the walmart. She says that she has to be back at Laredo so she isnt going to be going around to the qt stop and the bouldercrest forest pkwy stop. Its ridiculous and unfair to the customers who have rode the whole way and cant even vet to there stop. It doesn't matter what time she has to be back in because she was out since 11 am lady i have been out since earlier this morning. You guys need to fix this immediately or does it not even matter?.

My 16 yr old son asked to be allowed to board the bus due to him feeling bad as we just left Hughes Spalding Children's hospital. The driver, who was busy in conversation with another driver was really rude and pointed to the end of the street and told him he could sit there while she and the other driver laughed at him I was furious and I saw that they didn't know I was with him. When I spoke of them laughing, they continued. Is this how you treat our youth? Even when they are sick?.

I just left the East Lake station. Purchased four trips on my Breeze card and then could not get into station through any turnstile. There was no attendant anywhere and the "service" phone did not work. Terrible, terrible service and so discouraging. I have receipts for the $10. 00 I spent. And, of course, I missed my event in downtown Atlanta at the Georgia Bar headquarters on Marietta St.
