I purchased very expensive Temperpedic Cloud Lux back in October of 2017, I have submitted the receipt along with a prescription for the mattress three times, No reimbursement Have tried calling customer service and no one answers the phone.

We purchased a king mattress, foundation, two cool gel infused pillows, mattress protector and frame from Matt at Mattress One on 41 and college Pkwy. Was to be delivered Monday. Waited all day Monday with no delivery. Called the store, Matt said llate would be 6:00. 6:33 called Matt said he would get in touch with them. 7:30 I called Matt again with no answer, several times more no answer. Called page field common store and Gary looked it up with the sale rd ernnumber and said it was not even on the delivery truck manifest. Matt never called back or answered. Called Tuesday morning and with no apologies or sympathetic tone noted, said it was not I stock and could be delivered Thursday. We canceled the sale order. Looked online and Mattress One is riddled with complaints covering everything. Take our business elsewhere.

Went to Mattress One store sales person ran are credit several time to get an approval pressured us into purchasing a mattress came home read online reviews call sales person to cancel order he is shored me that it would be canceled week later get a statement from Genesis credit saying payment is due October six, 2017 $100 on balance of $1730 call sales person that will call them and confirm with an email of cancellation
No finance company is calling saying our account is past due for something we do not even have we need someone to clarify this as soon as possible.
