I bought my Mazda CX-9 2008 as brand new in UAE/ Abudhabi, and since that time I have the full service In the Mazda agency, last week I send my car to the agency because I have problem while driving the car and after the general service they told me I have a problem in the gear box while driving the car specially 3-4 gear and it need replacement, and it will cost about 20000 Dhs
I was disappointed with this answer since they never tell me something about the gear while the previous general service,
And I never heard that such thing may happened to any car and it’s the first time to face such a problem even the agency tell me they never face such a problem
I’m disappointed and this may affect my loyalty to MAZDA and the reliability of this car, specially This happened while driving slow speed, otherwise I don’t know what kind of harm it may cause

My name is Pedro Carmo, I´m from Portugal and I´m the owner of a Mazda six VIN JMZGJ622871348970 and portuguese number plate 40-RL-70. I bought the car in December 2017 at Santogal a MAZDA authorized dealer. Santogal sent the car to HYDRAPLAN for maintenance and checking. On July I sent the car to Auto Sueco for the regular two year check and maintenance. Auto Sueco is also an authorized dealer. After maintenance when I went to pick up the vehicle I was informed by the garage manager that the front under car shield was missing. On the following day I contacted Santogal reporting the situation as I`m sure they sold me the car without the shield and they simply ignored myself. They don´t even answer to my emails. I also contacted MAZDA and, again, they ignore my emails and calls. I hope Mazda Japan can resolve this issue. Best Regards

I would like to make an complaint Bermaz Auto Malaysia. This is two years issue, I hope for a resolution from Mazda Japan. We paid for a booking for a CX3 during the Zoom Zoom event in 2016. The dealer participating in the event, Kyros stopped its operation. Since all the receipt and order documents has Bermaz Auto letterheads, we sought refund from Bermaz. (receipt number 1457 and order form number 4558 dated 2/4/16). After numerous followups, we either received no reply or still investigating. The booking amount is just RM700. Legally, Bermaz should honour the refund. We are very dissapointed with the lack of seriousness in handling the matter and hope Mazda Japan can resolve this matter. Thanks.

Without any previous symptoms or signs the engine broke down to a level that can not be fixed, and that could only be replaced with a new one. Car was purchased and maintained exclusively in a official services Profil and DIPEM (Belgrade, Serbia), without any technical problem or any accident. The kind and professional official Mazda service staff informed me about the price of new engine – motor, and that responsible MAZDA Austria attitude is that client have to carry 50% of expenses. The way I see this problem any reliable car maintained according to official service rules, utilized by only one owner must not have any engine problem under 100000 km of exploitation, especially not sudden catastrophic malfunction. So, I am frustrated with the fact that I have to cover high expenses of rare engine malfunction not caused by me. Based on all these I have to ask You to help me and to carry expenses of necessary repair.

I am from Singapore and I brought a Mazda Biante in Apr-2015 from Eurokars. In 30-Jan-16, when I discover some black spot on my lower steering wheel, I clean it with a microfiber cloth and Armorall leather care gel that I buy from Autobacs. To my shocking, the lower part of my steering starts to change colour. The rest of other part of the steering wheel is fine. I bring the car back on 1-Feb-16, and the workshop claim that this is a normal wear and tear. To replace it, it will cost me over SGD2000. I cannot understand why does that particular piece of steering wheel leather had such a high rate of wear and tear. Why does it happen to only that particular piece? Why the degradation rate is so high? Everything does not seems to have a logical explanation. Why the steering wheel of Biante degrade so fast.

It would save re-tooling your manufacturing line with simple parts. My car has 90 PSI on a compression test on the trailing plug with average cranking speed hot and has 120, 000 KM's sorry my phone just stopped i was getting around 195 G/KM of Co2 in 3rd gear @ 40 km about 2600 Rpm and no fult codes and good power and toque . Hello, I bought a mazda three 2. 0l skyactiv in july 2015 in switzerland since then I only have problems with it, since the first day the gearbox doesn't work right, sometimes shifting is rought and impossible without having to leave the clutch and press again, the garage and mazda switzerland know about it and already try to fix it, but with no sucess. Other problems appear on the car some of them where solved, others not, the last problem is that They were water in the trunk (back). I bought a new car that's never been new and mazda switzerland do not want to change the gearbox or give me a new one. The car is registred in my wife name wich is Débora Ferreira. We had lodged a complaint on 17/11/2015 for defect on mentioned and after our persistent follow up, the car was sent for inspection (inspection by Kansai Paint) which was arrange by Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. However, we are frustrated that the report is still not available. On 21/01/2016, we was called up again by Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn Bhd to sent the car for re-inspection which was by other expert technical (Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd). Dear Sir/ Madam, I have problem with the MAZDA Agency in Saudi Arabia. I have CX9 2015 having an accident from rare side and some scratches from both door sides. I already left the care at maintenance center from the last week in July and until now the car is not ready. Although, I paid the money for repaint the both sides of car and change the rare pumper and repaint it again. When I go last Thursday to get my car, I found that the rare pumper paint is very bad and not an agency quality at all. Moreover, there is a hit in the rare pumper shown in the paint. In addition, there a small hit in the upper black part of the driver door. This quality is very bad and do not care about customer time and money. I am renting a car and I pay for it daily until my MAZDA CX9 finish. Hello, I have Mazda six 2. two diesel 2009 after 51. 000 miles the timing chain is stretched. I have called Mazda head office in UK, but they do not want to help me. I have told them: I have full Mazda service history and this car is under 60. 000 miles. But they say its too old. I have agreed to repair it with 20% off. When I gave my car to garage they could not take the injectors out and told me it will cost me whole repair over £2000. So could you explain to me why Mazda authorized service can not deal with things like that. I have read a lot of forums that my car its not first with problem like it.
