Good morning po isa po akong concern citizen na nakatira sa De Gloria Extension Taniman Residence Area Batasan Hills Quezon City. Tinamaan daw ng kidlat ung wire ng kuryente dun sa area namin at maraming wire ang nagkalat sa daan. Hindi ko lang po alam bat tatlong araw na wala pa ding taga Meralco ang pumupunta sa lugar namin at mga residente lang po ang nag dudugtong ng mga wire ng kuryente. Worried lang po ako na baka pag simulan ng sunog iyon lalo na at pinagdudugtong dugtong lang ang mga wire. Sana pagtuunan po ninyo ng pansin ito. Ayaw ko po ibigay ang aking pangalan at bka ako ay pag initan dahil di ko alam bat hanggang ngayon ay di sila tumatawag sa Meralco. Pakicheck naman po sana ung area namin.

Desperately needing your help to resolve an astronomical Sept -Oct bill which is showing unit used to be 1829kWh. The max unit ever used since living at my home is 306 kWh for the month. Meralco personnel dug for post provision at Brgy. San isdiro Makati city infront of house number 2638D Rockefeller st. Heavy rain make the soil on the hole soft that make the existing post lean. This is dangerous to the residents and pedestrians. I tried to call your hotline number many times, but I can not go through. Pls. Address this concern immediately to avoid accident

We settled already our account/ billing just this Friday April 1,2016 9a.m. We experience a disconnection for not paying bill march 20. Upon that on march 30 meralco disconnected our without prior notice- is it violable you only inform your costumer thru tex.Pls. help me on this until now we have no light.Upon calling meralco help desk they told us it is done connected already thru your system but is nil.
