In Houston Texas, through Houston Highway Credit Union, through "Bill Pay" when I tried to set up a second Utility company to send Monthly Bill payments to, which was "AT and T" --- when I typed in AT and T I got a drop down list of about seven possible AT and T divisions to set up Bill pay with -- BUT the listings AT and T and AT and T RESIDENTIAL LONG DIDTANCE, in which I tried, hook up to NO ELECTRONIC ADDRESS TO SEND MONEY TO, so these listings get your payments LOST and finally a CHECK mailed a month later to nowhere. The listing AT and T UVERSE is the only one that worked and automatically hooked up for an AT and T PAYMENT.

My bank is One Nevada Credit Union, I set up my bills thru my checking account, which they pay. I send money to America First Credit Union referencing an account number, which happens to be my savings account. When America First receives the check from Metavante it states in the account area (contract)and I have no clue as to where or why they would note this when it shows 34780940-1, which then they apply to one of our loans. I then have to call them and have them transfer the monies from one of our loans to our savings account, which is a weekly process. Please correct this issue on your end and list as I have noted in my One Nevada account. Please reply back to me that this has been corrected. Thank you, Susan Saxon 702-622-9499 or 702-463-4724.

I use Meritrust Credit Union in wichita, Ks. To pay my bills. I used their bill pay program. When setting up the account to Genworth Life it automatically fills in the address. This address is not accessable to me or the Meritrust customer reps. I was able to modify the account so that it would not automatically fill in the billing address. I was wrongly told that the mailing address was Lynchburg, Va. The correct address is PO Box 630905 Cincinnati, OH. 45263-0905. Can you verify for me that the address that is automatically filled in when setting up a bill pay through Meritrust and is sent to Metavante is the Cincinnati, Oh address.

My boyfriend tried transferring money off of my card and add it to his card. Well it didn't work and a week or so later I got a check delivered by Fed Ex from your Company. Well, my last name was no where on the check so couldn't cash it anywhere Was told by your Company to send the check back void and it would be supposedly transferred back to my card. On November 18 Metavante's online bill payer through my credit union paid a bill for me on automatic payment, normally I'd be happy about this, but my account was below the needed amount. I was charged an overdraft fee and called the bank about fixing my mistake and repaying the bill, only to find that Metavante did pay the bill so now I owe them the difference. However my bank doesn't seem to know how I am supposed to do that. The other day I received a call from them about the bill, but was driving and could not talk long. Since then I've not been able to contact them and this customer service number does not work.
