I am a customer of Michael Kors. On 17/4/2015 I was in your store in Dundrum, Dublin 16 and I purchased a dress for € 175. The sales assistants were pleasant and when doubtful about purchasing it, they advised me I could get a refund within 14 days from date of purchase. This decided me to buy. However, I changed my mind and returned before my 14 days ran out to get a full refund. I was advised that the policy of Michael Kors is exchange only within 28 days; an exchange was offered, but that was not the condition under which I purchased. This is a case of someone being misinformed or not knowing the company policy and as it turns out I, the customer am paying the price. I have purchased many times in Michael Kors and I was never once informed that there is no refund policy. I would never have purchased the dress, if I thought a refund would not be forthcoming because I knew I was not convinced. Please honour the conditions under which I purchased so that I might be in receipt of a full refund.

I bought a handbag from your dundrum store. The inside of the bag shredded and all the lining fell apart. I complained and the Manager agreed bag was faulty. She emailed and asked that I call in to store. She advised I had to give her the faulty bag and it would go to UK, BEFRORE I would get a new handbag I paid €400 for bag and do not expect to be without or have to buy another bag while I wait for your customer service to do their job properly. I have since called the store, phoned and emailed and am STILL waiting on my replacement bag. There was never once a mention of a full refund or for me to choose a different bag. I would never expect a brand like Michael Kors to have such a shoddy customer service policy or service for that matter. I would appreciate if you would intervene and escalate my complaint until the matter is completed to my satisfaction. This is simply unacceptable from a brand such as yourself.

But i found that your customer service appalling especially one of your employee Steve Garett, who works at your Briggate branch in leeds West Yorkshire okay. I understand that i had the shoes repaired once, but when they were returned i found that there was too big and there was not repaired properly. I understand that you have a terms and condition policy, but when you buy a pair of shoes and only wore them twice and have to take them back cost of a fault after two weeks, is poor workmanship and then to get them back and not fit me.
