For a company that deals with consumers the staff at Midland Mortgage lacks customer satisfaction. For instance if an agent is gathering information from a customer and needs certain information from a customer. The agent should gather all the fact necessary and then request whatever else is needed in one request. It seems that Midland agents do not get it, they would rather have not just one agent call, but several asking for different things from a customer or next party to verify information that has been going on for weeks. If the data requested is important they should gather it all at once from the right party not in pieces it's so amateurish. Piece work request is wasted time and money on both sides. The Company lacks Total Quality Management and it shows on the day to day business, does anyone there really cares.
