So I'm at that point where i control Ellie, the winter chapter. When i get to the deer the cutscene doesn't immediately play, screen goes black for awhile like trying to load it or smthng it takes about 5-10 seconds, then while with david the audio cuts off, i have the subtitle on so i know if they're saying something subtitles shoukd appear, but at somepoint it wouldn't and after the standoff with the bloater, the bridge part where i interact with david, after that point, the screen just fades to black, but i know it should be a cutscene because when I pause it, it has the subtitles option. The disc itself just has a hairline scratch, i've played the game in patch 1. 11 and 1. 00 on the Ps3, but it gets stuck at the same point in the game and the cutscene wont load. I tried resoring database, restore file system, reinstall the game data, go offline, but none of that is working for me, what can you suggest? I want to badly finish this game that's why i want to solve this problem.

I play the last of us factions multiplayer and i have had this problem since middle January. I try to connect on-line, but the "connectng" screen freezes. I does not work. I called Sony customer service and they could not fix my problem. I tried to create a new account and it works, the big big problem comes when i caanot share de DLC guns, maps and excecutions that i bought the last year and also the new account asks me for the on-line pass (that i already have). Hi, my name is joshuah and i just recently purchased your game the last of us for the second time, once for ps3 and now for ps4. My problem is when i play online for the ps4 version no one can here me speak. I use the same headsets for blacklight and kill zone for ps4 and it all works great. I wanted to know is this a common issue that will be patched or is it unique to me. I love what you guys do, but it is very annoying for people to not be able to here you on an online game.
