I ordered a blouse from 55Mulberry and when I received it, it was very tight. I ordered size large, but it was not the same as a large usually is. I wanted to return it, but there is a message that states it costs $13. 66 to return the blouse. I would like to return the blouse and order a larger size, but I'm not willing to pay that much to return it. It gives me the impression that this is the way they discourage you not to return your item. I also need to know how to order the size that compares to a size large in the US.

I ordered two tops which I have received. One was for Order 106016812, size small. The other was for Order 106016809, also size small. I wanted to return these for mediums and I do not think I should have to pay any charges because this was not my fault. I had bought size small about two years ago. It fit perfectly. So of course I ordered size small and of course they are much tighter. I emailed and got an answer totally unrelated to my question. I emailed again with the same results. I ordered birthday gifts on September 7, 2016, and as of date my 'shipment' shows it is in Texas and hasn't moved since it was 'accepted'. I have tried to contact Open Sky numerous times and have gotten NO explanation as to where in the world my order is actually located. Since you can not return anything after ten days and my order is still in Texas somewhere supposedly, and it has more that surpassed ten days, I'm calling my bank. This is ridiculous I would need the order shipped overnight at this point.

On December 13, 2015, I ordered several products. I have received three of the products and the 4th was not received even though they are telling me from Open Sky it was delivered. When I click on the tracking number it goes no where. There other ones say the products were delivered to my address. The FitBit is not among them.
