I have made four phone calls to have a vacation stop on our paper, actually talked to three different people, yet our paper is still being delivered They acknowledge yes we have a stop in and they will stop it. Our neighbor just called and said yes we are still getting papers The fault obviously is with the carrier. It apparently the Plain Dealer chooses to do nothing about this. This is my last attempt to get some satisfaction. When we return the end of October we will attempt to permanently stop the Plain Dealer. Would appreciate any suggestions to get this resolved.

Please change delivery of the PD to only Friday and Sunday and stop Wednesday and Saturday. The person who delivers often does not deliver on Wednesday and Saturday and I do no want to pay for it.

Friday, April 27, I received the paper for Wednesday, April 25. I called customer service and was told they would send out a Friday paper on the next delivery day, Saturday, April 28. I DID NOT GET FRIDAY'S PAPER. On Sunday, I talked to the delivery person, Rick, and he said he did not receive the message. When I took Sunday's paper out of the sleeve, it was the paper for Sunday, April 22. I again called customer service and was told they would have a paper delivered to me that day. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PAPER. Why is it so difficult to deliver papers on the correct day, especially when I pay for this service in advance? I will not be renewing my subscription.

Continue to have problems with home delivery. Have reported issues two prior times this month )quality of paper/ folded accordion style and not readable, second issue was not receiving). Today, I have not received a paper again. Typically delivered by 7:30 am each day, it's now 8:40 am. Please advise if delivery is no longer possible or there are issues to be resolved. Thank you.
