Hello, i am trying to call this number 0392850543, but never pick up at all from 2. 30pm till 4. 00pm. I want to check about my wife car plat registration VCN5172 schedule payment and I am as guarantor. On around 29th September or 30th September I and my wife already went to Public Bank Taman Maluri Branch to reschedule back about monthly payment. My car schedule payment should start pay on November 2020, but on 27/10/2020 we receive a letter said that payment for October 2020 was not in the car account. Payment should be start on November, but why Public Bank said that payment for October not in the system. Please do inform us back at 0176579905. Really appreciate with your good cooperation.

I have settle full and final settlement of hire purchase of my car loan, the account number:884798212 Note Number 90010. Please be advise that I check my name in CCRIS which really upset me. Upon of settlement I believe that your good self must update into BNM'S Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) with immediate effect. Due do this I have problem in applying loan for my son further studies. And yet receive any update from your side. I have try to call your branch in Maluri Branch, but to my suprise there is no one can help me. Please with immediate effect up date in CCRIS to clear my name. This will effect my son studies. I want your goodself to act fast on this and forward me the dischager letter of full settlement immediately.
