To whom it may concern Good day I'm sending a message concerning my account I know its in arrears and I made arrangements with one of the lady's who phones for arrears accounts I am getting phone calls on a daily basis a number of times, the lady's are not updating the system when a call is made! This is harassment! I asked the lady to put me through to the manager or the supervisors she asked me why, I don't see why I have to see why when I asked to be put through to the head if the office, she is not clear on the call, you cannot hear her and she is BLADY RUDE! Good day. I am contacted by an attorney company regarding a personal loan that I have apperently made. This happened in March 2015 after I lost my ID. For more than three years I have never been contacted by anyone regarding this so called loan and nothing has ever been deducted from my bank account. I went to my attorney and RCS cannot provide me with a signed contract and by the way, the debt is nearly four years old I am in need of an e-mail address for RCS so that I can e-mail them my documentation and affidavid regarding this loan. If you continue arrassing me regarding this, I am going to contact the fraud unit and report it to them. Please clear my name at ITC as well.

This matter is of greatest concern and needs to be resolve as soon as possible. I took a Loan of R3000 with RCS in September 2017. My monthly debit is R306 per month for 12 months. This period should end in August 2018. To my suprise, when I check I found that my initial Loan Amount was increased from R3000 to R5500. This happenned without my consent. Please call me to explain exactly what is taking place there. I am very concerned and hope that all will be settled without disputes and further steps being taken. Regards
