We would like to make a complaint regarding the bus drivers. There not taking off the bus on correct timing. Time system of bus drivers are very bad. Especially this whole week from Sunday everyone facing problems by reaching office late. Please help the public. Our bus 640. Tq.

I’m regular customer who took bus 506 to and from Bandar Utama and Putrajaya Sentral. I always take 6. 15am from Bandar Utama. But today I waited until 6. 52am. When I asked the person in the office, he told me he is not in charge and do not have any info for bus 506. I just wander if that is the case what is the use of maintaining an office booth at Bandar Utama station. As a result I report to work late. I think it will be efficient if the officer at a particular station to inform the public when there is a delay so we can decide alternatives transportation to work. I think it is too much for not have three buses on the schedule time: 6. 15am, 6. 30 and 6. 45am.

Its about a rude Rapid KL bus driver who was driving bus 750() on 15 September When im in the 705 bus on the way from PKNS Shah Alam to Sunway Pyramid.... i got accidently press the stop button one stop earlier before reach my stop.. Then the bus driver start behaving rude and start scolding me with bad words... But i said sorry for accidently pressing the stop button...actually my stop is one stop infront. When my stop is going to arrive at Sunway Pyramid...what the driver do was very horrible...the driver continuosly press sudden Break and release for 5 times without any reason, it makes me nearly to hit the sits and almost to fall down. Thank God i hold on to my seats until the driver stop doing sudden break. But the driver continue his rudeness by closing the behind exist door and open the front exist door. At the moment i pass near the front exist door...the driver scolds me using bad words...but i didnt say a word...i just got down from the bus.

Both my sons had applied for student Rapid Kl card since one month ago ie. Early Aug 2016. The application was submitted at the Sunway Monash BRT station and was informed that the application would take three weeks to approve. We had checked at the station during end of Aug 2016, but no outcome was given to us. The details are as follows:

Don't you guys think its about time you guys upgrade the plaza rakyat pedestrian link to pudu sentral. There are simply no more excuses after 20 years I think its the single most link in the whole of the klang valley. Such extreme spending millons to link the station to the MRt merdeka station and completely ignore the needs of the paying customer to pudu sentral. I'm using U86 frm kepong sentral to damansara utama. Today 13-mar Friday, no heavy traffic nearby, around 7:20 pm, started waiting, but till writing this post no bus U86. Understood that only two bus operating during this time (as explained by operator),, but i can not understand why there're too many U8(to damansara damai). In one hour i can see nine buses of U8 stopped and most of them only carrying 4-5 passengers Some users said they've been waiting since 7pm. One of the driver of bus number T327(pandan perdana line bus) refused to take passenger from maluri bus stop without giving a reasonable excuse. Furthermore, the buses are not coming on time, or coming too early, or coming too early and no bus is coming for the next hour. Kindly improve to bring convenient to all. Thanks.
