Hi, I use your Moisture Renew lipstick 207 and have for several years. I have not found another product (even at Nordstrom) with the same 'moisture quality'. I purchased Scandal Eyes Show Off mascara last week on May 15th, when I opened it up the brush and mascara was dry. I put some of the mascara on my finger and felt old and it doesn't go on my eyelashes very well. I've been wearing mascara for years and know what old mascara looks like. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt not thinking that I would have to return it. CVS pharmacy's policy is that makeup can not be returned without a receipt and was told to contact Rimmel. I paid $8 for it, was on sale. Not sure if I can get a refund, gift card or some kind of reimbursement? Thank you.

I have used Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencils for years. Several years ago I complained that the lead was constantly breaking off in the sharpener. Since, this happens occasionally, but lately it is every pencil. I have spent at least $20 lately on pencils that have been pretty much a complete waste, because of lead breakage in the sharpener. I have tried various kinds of sharpeners. I have two samples of constantly breaking pencils and the sharpener that I was using and would be happy to mail them to you. I really like these when they work, but get furious when I keep wasting my money. Don't know if it matters, but I use Hazel 002. I tried to post a photo, but not sure it took.

Good day, I have a complaint regarding the Rimmel London lasting finish foundation. I had bought this on the 1st of November. I used it and noticed that the product is strangely thick. It does not smeer properly on my skin. Its like thick paste. I am disappointing with the foundation as I can not even blend it properly onto my skin. I have been using Rimmel London's Natural Bronze Waterproof Bronzing Powder SPF for years and love the product. However, the clear plastic lid has been cracking around the edges and breaking off and therefore not protecting the product. This has happened with at least three I have bought with the last few years and is therefore not a batch error. I am unable to transport the item in my make up bag as the product becomes loose and goes everywhere. I do not want to buy another brand as I love the product, but are getting very frustrated with the packaging.

I bought some stay matte liquid mousse foundation and had a reaction to it. It caused burning under my eyes and immediately cause me to look like I had 80 year old wrinkles under my eyes. I had to put tons of lotion around my eyes to get rid of the creases and still almost 24 hrs later have shells fire under my eyes. I tried to return to the store and they said they could not return the product because I had used it. So I now have make up that I can not use. Not a Complaint, actually disappointed that a product that i have been using for quite awhile has it seems been discontinued. I looked in several local CVS Stores, and was told by management, it was indeed discontinued. I am looking for the :Fix and Perfect Primer, which states that it smooths skin, and minimizes pores. It is the best product out there as far as Primers go and i just love it. It is one fl ounce and the number i use is 001. Any suggestions. Last Xmas I purchased your 'space dust'nail varnish 006. I was so impressed on how easy it was to apply and it looked fabulous for the party season. So this year I looked for some more, but could only find 'precious stones' range, I bought 001 diamond dust, this was not as successful as the 006, it chipped and came off easy, but when I wanted to remove it completely it took a lot of remover and rubbing Very disappointing as now I have one bottle which is only fit for the bin and another which has run out and I cant replace.
