On hold for 25 minutes then call ended. No option, it cut off after 25 wait. Then I emailed customer service. It's been three days and I haven't heard back from anyone. I just want to order products, it's ridiculous.

I would warn anyone out there who is being lured by friends to buy this product, not to because of the way RF conducts its business practices. Beware a company should stand behind its product and should be able to satisfy the customer. I was going to a R and F event this next weekend and was thinking about becoming a consultant, but now I'm not just because of this experience. I absolutely hate when i get a call center in another country and my problem cannot be resolved. please don"t waste my timejust a warning to anyone considering being a consultant for R and F.

Over charged every month. I had to call every month to get my credit back to card. Calling to do this took over two hours on phone. As I'm sitting here on the phone trying to cancel my subscription.

Once i made my 1st order, they automatically took it upon themselves to send me monthly another $200 order automatically charged to my visa, as that info they had on file when i registered to place a order, , waiting to talk to someone on the phone was a min of a 20 min wait. As for the products i used for a month and got the same results from oil of olay at under $60. 00 compared to $275. 00.

You do not have a good consultant then. I have been working with them for two years and none of my customers have ever had this problem. You agree to have your credit card automatically charged when you sign up for pc perks. But you do not have to be charged until you are ready for your next order. You can change your shipment date and what you order. As for it not being any better than olay - if that is your experience, then that is your experience. I have seen these products do amazing things personally.
