Three agencies: City Water Board, City Waste Water Department and
Alamo Water Conservation and Reuse District. First agency was responsible for supplying drinkable water to the community whereas other two were responsible for handling and treating waster water in Taxes. Since its inception,
SAWS has gained national wide popularity for its endeavor of novel conservation and water management planning. The Utility plays important role in making San Antonio most water resourceful city across the country.
