I am playing my Alien Isolation on xbox One, it says i have 100% completion for the achievement "I admire its purity", But it is still locked, i have contacted xbox support, and they say to contact you, i have sent email through the game site support, and no response. My son purchased Sonic the Hedgehog Action Figure 3Pack Super Silver, Super Sonic Super Shadow Includes seven Chaos Emeralds made by Sega. A few minutes after he opened the box and was playing with the action figures, one of the hands broke off the guy. My son was not playing rough, it simple pop off and the pivot ball was inside the hand. I feel like this is something I should inform your company about since these small plastic figurines cost $20 and he only played with them for less than five minutes. I read several comments on other website about a similar problem that others were having with this same item. Thank you for your time.

Hi my name is Ben Strahan
I have played on the key master machine and i thought that i won a prize as the key went through the hole, but it never turned i was told by the bar manager that i deeinately won as he saw me do this, but the company who own the machine are refusing to give me my prize as they say the key must turn regardless if it goes through the hole or not is this correct??
