1. When I call from Argentina to U. S. A., contrary to past calls Skype ask me now to unblock my number with *82 BUT it does not explain how to continue and connect with the number of the person I try to reach. 2. Your last charge to my credit card in two consecutive days of October of USA $10. - are INCORRECT. I will call the credit card company to cancel one of them. I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I tried to find a number on your website to call to cancel - no number exists. I tried to delete my credit card off your site. Your site then says that I must cancel my subscription first. When I click on the icon to cancel, there is nothing there to allow me to cancel. A long time ago I had Skype, then I lost interest hence, left it alone. Having now tried to get back on I cannot. After so long I cannot answer any questions i, e password and further information I cannot remember. Since then I have changed computer, server and password. This is not a complaint just a cry for help, having tried most of your suggestions of Skype on your help line. No way can I get on. I know it is operator error so I ask can you help me to get onto Skype a new, forgetting any info your system you hold of me in the past and seems to keep asking for Tks.
