Hello, I've bought my phone just for three months. And I send it to warranty claim at bishan juction 8. It had been more than three weeks. Therefore, the waiting is getting me frustated. I once complain through email and I didn't get any respond. I called and the service line telling me that's nothing they can do, but ask me to continue wait. How long more I need to wait? Even your paper stated three days or more, it's ridiculous to take more than three weeks. I need to get my phone by this week. Please do something about it. Thank you
