I lost my wallet and I wanted to block my credit card, but calling the customer care and getting a phone banking officer is really pathetic, as there is no short cut to take me through that option, which I think is very important. So having entered my credit card and TPIN, it does take time to announce the balances, and then finally when i pressed the option to speak to a phone banking officer, i was asked to wait for 15 minutes.
