i have a problem with my Telkom line it gives a message that says CHECK PHONE LINE.
As a Telkom pensioner I am totally appalled and disgusted with the service I am receiving from Telkom since 2014 to date. I was only told there was something with my WI Fi order which was placed on Aril 18. No calls, communication, correspondence, e-mails and reference was given to me. What an embarrassment it is for me to tell people that I used to work for Telkom. It is a bloody damn disgrace. I still have no joy with my order and yet I obtained the information they required. Talk is cheap and money buys the whisky. Too many chiefs, but no Indians. I can be contacted on 083 689-0896.

I have since been to Telkom branch in Vanderbijlpark, Vaal Mall regarding the landline 016 371 1802, cable theft after receiving a letter from Telkom about changing from the current system (landline) to mobile or pay-as-you-go, I didn't receive any feedback and that was on 23/12/2017, I went back on the 31/03/2018 to the same branch, but haven't been helped as yet. My Dad is bed ridden ill as we speak and I battle to communicate with the family to check on his progress and I might as well loose this number. I am working in Mpumalanga, Secunda, all the effort I make to go home and make a turn at Telkom branch in VAAL, but not getting any feedback it pains me a lot, especially when I feel ignored. Regards

Last week when i checked the phone was still active and requested again to be disconnected. Then went to Telkom Alberton to get a wireless phone and was told that they out of stock and was promised that as soon as they available will be informed. Still waiting for the call while my contract is being utilized at number nine Rigger Road. Your urgent intervention is appreciated.

This is absolutely shocking. I have been waiting six weeks now to have my line moved. Each time there is a different excuse. I need my line moved by Friday or i will cancel my contract. The people at Telkom are incompetent and just do not seem to give a shit about us your customers.
