We have Residente Permanente status in Ajiic, Mexico. Our Telmex Infinitum service failed 28 March. We reported it to the Telmex support phone number. We were told that it would be fixed within three days; it was not. We tried over and over to get it back on line. We never had any luck. No one came to our home, and no one called. We finally went to the Ajijic office and had our bill corrected for lack of service, and cancelled our internet service since they were unable and unwilling to fix it. We now have renters in our home, and they require internet service. We have followed all the Telmex instructions for reinstating the Infinitum service. Again, they are unable and unwilling to restart our Infinitum service. What can be done?.
