Purchased a 2019 and within two weeks the material on the couch and arm rest are wrinkled and shredding. Called salesman and he stated that it has been a problem with the 2017, 18’s and 19’s. Shame on them for not fixing or addressing the problem. Called Thor and they were of NO help. Were gonna transfer me to parts where I could purchase and then have someone install new fabric. Shame on them. Poor customer service. I do not recommend you purchase a Thor, you will be diss appointed. Poor quality for something you see and sit on regularly.

We are second owners of a 2014 Ace Thor, it had 5, 000 miles on it. Apparently there was a problem with the hydraulic lifts from the factory that was never identified with the first owners, they had the pump to the hydraulics replaced to no avail. We brought the unit to Longview in Windsor, CT to have serviced and they spent many hours trying to diagnose the problem, they replaced the stems, two motors and the mother board to no avail. Finally they discovered that it was an electrical problem when it was built. We have spent a lot of $ on this problem, we would like to be reimbursed for some it at least as this was a factory error from the get go, and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
