I am so disappointed my daughter took the bus half six last night on the 28th March from Cape Town to Grahamstown the bus stop before Port Elizabeth because of protestors, but no message from TransLux to let us know about that. The transport already there to collect her because we know the bus will arrived at 8:55am

Hi

I booked a ticket Ref:3926936. No bus pitched up. Battled to get thru to the call centre. Informed of the bus being transferred from city to TransLux. Should the passengers not be informed. Further more the response at the call centres. Its a joke you employ and give such disgusting services. Pleez. People are incovenienced out here and its not important to your, ll out there. THE SUPERVISOR refuses to take my call and never returned the call. Try and get a refund. Its like corruption in the face. Please render professional service or close down.

I would like to complain about the bad service i received yesterday at city to city park station, my mom's ticket was scheduled for 7pm, we arrived at park station before 6pm, but waited till 21h15pm, no communication received from the workers there till i started complaining and was told theres a delay at Depot, the workers were not helpful when we asked whats the delay and why are we not updated no one gave us answers, we were told to just wait, they do not know whats the delay, the cashier was soo rude he just told me his job is to sell the tickets only, he cannot give me answers about why the bus was delayed, this is not acceptable, waiting for the bus for 3hours. Is this how TransLux treats people who support their business?.
