We very rarely get any response from Rosa Campagnuolo Customer Service Manager reference to Case 16716. It has been two 1/2 months and we are waiting for when and how to replace our damaged cracked kitchen counter due to a faulty Power Air Fryer. For additional info, contact Rosa for detailed info on the complaint. Your oven caused an extremely loud bang similar to an explosion next to my wife. I suffered burns on my hand due to the extreme heat on the kitchen counter. The heat is what caused the counter to crack. We are seeking whatever remedy available to resolve this problem of kitchen counter replacement. We were seen by an engineer from Denver contracted by Tristar, John Rickhauer, Jensen Hughes, Engineer-Operations Manager, on 4/25/18. We were told he would be reviewing the damaged counter for the purpose of safety and to try to discover why the oven overheats.
