I ordered BIG HERO 6. Did not watch it. Said i wasn't going to watch it now when ordering and paying for it. Decided to watch it today and it charged me again because the movie didn't show up on my watch list. Didn't get to watch The Book of Life because there was video, but no audio. I have two problems. First, every time I order a movie I can not. I get an email telling me to update my account info. I have done so. Even when the movie I paid for finally arrived I got an e mail telling me the same thing again. Plus two more immediately following. I have ordered the "mummy" bundle and you took my money, but the movie has not shown up. I actually ordered it twice. Where is my movie and how come I have six notices to update my account? Even after I did?

Can't get any support from Vudu They purposely do not publish a phone number to contact them. Everything must be done by email and they do not respond to that either.
