I went to Grimsby Warren James for a birthday present for my boyfriend I got a bracelet it only cme in one size took it home it was two small for my boyfriend took it back to scunthorpe Warren James the staff said I could only exchange it not return my money they want being helpful in facttthey were rushing me All the staff were not smiling in factmaking me frightened iIasked to see other piece she placed it on a black background display case I show something in the glass cabinet that I like iI asked her if Icould look at that one before iIknew it she had picked the one up that iI previously looked at and said you want this one then I had to say yes because I think she was getting pissed of with me I found it uncomfortable talking to the staff.

Hi my boyfriend bought me a ring and he paid by cash. When we got home it was scratched and and black little marks on. We took most of it off. We were flying out the same day so couldn't go back into the branch. I went in and they said they can not do anything because it's been worn when it hasn't. All I wanted to do is exchange that ring for a more expensive ring. I do not want two go back into store again as I have been to three branches and refused me. Is there anyway of me sending the ring into you and getting a more expensive ring please. I am so frustrated that they think I have worn it when it hasn't been worn. It looks like it's a return or faulty ring.

I would like to report Susan morbey and Lisa reed from the west bromwich branch of Warren James for asking me to get them drugs now as speed while they are working in hours if you do not believe me then I'm willing to take a lie detector test to prove this if nothings done then I'm going to my solicitors to prove this case and I'm going to take things further with this matter.
