I received my glasses and I liked the color and the way they looked on me. My problem is that I cannot see like I know I should be able to. Everything is blurry and especially trying to read with them. I gave the prescription the way it was on my last report from my last visit to my eye doctor. I can not figure out why I can not see with them. They are way worse than the pair I had before. I've tried to get used to them thinking it's me, but every time I put them on I just can not stand the blurriness. Please let me know what I need to do from here. Thanks, Nancy Kading.

I see so many complaints here on this board that I am so sorry I did not check it before ordering my glasses. I feel I have been completely duped. I do not see any of these complaints resolved. My next step will be a Consumer Advocacy Group and any other source I can find to let people know that they should not order from Zenni simply because their policy is no refunds no matter what. Unbelievable.

I ordered glasses in April. They arrived in about ten days or so. I phoned immediately to advise that the glasses were not my prescription. Everything was blurry and It was not possible for me to wear the glasses. I was advised to return them, which I did, at my expense. It is now June six and I have no glasses. I have followed up several times by phone and have been told that it is being investigated and that the glasses were sent to the California office, but not received yet. I am wearing broken glasses and the Zenni glasses were to be made to my new prescription. I now want a refund so that I can purchase glasses elsewhere. The person I spoke with told me that a refund is not possible. That Zenni does not do refunds.
