Alan Cross is a Canadian radio broadcaster, host and a writer. Alan Cross in 1980 started his radio career with the University of Winnipeg's campus radio station, CKUW and later-on worked with radio stations in Selkirk, Kenora, Brandon etc. Alan Cross has also been involved in giving speeches at university graduations, giving public speeches, attending music festivals etc. He has also published many books namely The Alternative Music Almanac (1995), Over the Edge: The Revolution and Evolution of New Rock (1997), 20th Century Rock and Roll: Alternative Rock (2000) etc.
