I have had such bad experiences with a big company like Groupon. It has been more than six months that the problem is not solved. I am in Canada, Mississauga, and run around. They have given me such a hassle and run around. I am 84yrs old and went through a long sickness and was not able to use my vouchers. I am not asking for the money. I just want to get a refund and spent them in the near future to bye the new vouchers. I purchased a Groupon for Auto Window Tinting at Americas Tint Audio (99. 00) and the business manager requested that I get a refund because they could not honor it for the price I paid for various reasons. The promotional value of this Groupon is very deceitful, and is designed for the customer to have to upgrade the Groupon and pay almost as much more money for the upgrade as what the Groupon cost. I have requested an investigation on a charge made April 15, 2019 to my Groupon account and have not heard anything back and current chat is going no where fast. I am getting the run a round and am frustrated. I have supplied all information to Groupon directly on April 18 2019 and now having to do this again, twice with no satisfaction. I have been a happy Groupon customer for years. But I am so unhappy with a recent purchase I will no longer be using Groupon in the future. For 40 dollars I purchased “ULTIMATE DATE NIGHT”, consisting of two movie passes and a 100 dollar restaurant.com “gift card”. When I tried to download the movie passes on March 24 I saw that the movie passes were void even though they were supposed to be available until April five for use. Then I tried to download the restaurant.com gift card for a restaurant near me, and was only able to download five dollar increments and was not informed til I downloaded 20 of them they are only a one time visit per month. Your advertising did not explain this and this is no ULTIMATE DATE NIGHT. I am dissapointed and will be informing others of Groupons false advertising in the future unless this is rectified somehow.

I had received a Groupon Voucher for BlueSky Spa back in February. When I wanted to redeem it, the business was "temporarily closed" for reconstruction. They will not reopen until after my voucher expires, and they will not honor my voucher after the expiration date. I tried reaching out to Groupon for help, and I had to submit three different complaints and had to sit through a one-week long waiting period. I am extremely dissatisfied with my product and with the company, and I just want a REFUND, not a "Trade In. ".

I placed an order at 12:45 a. M. This morning and I have been trying to email Groupon for the past four hours. I placed my order and forgot to enter the DECK code for an additional 20% discount and I noticed the eBates cash back percentage changed from 6% to 7% at midnight. I know there is a two-hour window for editing or canceling an order. Can you adjust my order and give me the 20% discount and the additional eBates cash back or will I need to cancel my order and re-submit my order? Since I have wasted four hours of sleep I will probably have to return the order and then re-order the items. I noticed that return shipping is free so I would hope Groupon would adjust my orderby giving me the discount and not have to go through the hassle of a return and a new 0rder. I recently made the wrong purchase of headsets from Groupon. I purchased the Gold instead of the Rose Gold color. I therefore purchased the proper color also through Groupon. I tried to cancel the first order however I was not able to. I therefore decided to simply wait to send back the item. Now that I received it, I am being told I cannot return the item at all. It said because of fine print. I read the fine print and do not see why I am not allowed to. I make several purchases through Groupon every year as well as many of my family members.
