For my official purpose, I am using 2290748 Internet data. Frequently my connection of phone and internet is getting disconnected even though we pay monthly bills. After few days of observation what I found is your technicians will come there and repair some other faulty line, my home line also getting disconnected. I can understand you do not have skillful technicians. Which is making my work pending and I am ending up by loosing huge amount of money. All because I am using BSNL connection. As a customer now more than five days of my loss has to be settled or I am forced to approch consumer court. You are not giving me anything FREE. I had registered in BSNL selfcare service. And requested to change my broadband plan for my landline four months back. Still the status of the service request is shown as "open". I have contacted customer care service number 1500 and the response was really pathetic. They were saying that they do not have any access to the complaints/requests filed using selfcare. Tried some other customer care numbers. Some of them put the call in hold and cut the line after 2-3 minutes. Some others told me to go directly to the telephone exchange and request a plan change. If I have to go directly to the telephone exchange, what is yhe purpose of selfcare? Instead host a porn site. At least some customers can benefit from that domain. Lost all my hope on BSNL and decided to get a connection from asianet. Fuck off BSNL.

A line man came on 20/08/2013 and asked me to climp on post and to untie the cable.I have hasitated to do so and he left here with out doing noting.The phone is still in dead position and on inquiry throuh number 198 it is replying" the work is in progress".The authorities in Paruthipara division,Phone number 0471 2534040 is not attending the phone even after made repeated calls.Sir, I like to have BSNL connection.Please try to rectify the defect at an early date. I applied for three G Internet connection on payment of Rs.252/-(Rupees two hundred and fifty two only) on
9th July 2013 at 12.00 a.m. and as on 10th July 7.00
p.m. no 3g connection was made for mobile number.9495 626563
I contacted the number several times the response was very very poor.
I am retired person aged 67 and I wasted my majority time for getting the new connection.
Please do the needful without further delay.

my mobile number is 9447892696. In my number a behter zindagi service is continuously renewing without my permission or option. This service is enabled in my number without my permission. I have requested many times for unsubscription of this service. Also my recharged balance is always decreasing without use. I already complained this, but this is still continuing.If this is continuing i am forced to gave up this connection. hence i request once again to stop behtur zindagi service (from the no.5567800100) and all other such paid services immediately.

Dear BSNL,The hardest thing that has now come is a person would have to wait at least five minutes before getting to talk to a executive. Now if its after ten pm they push you around in circles asking for option listing option in the menu from 1-9. This is addition to the various offers that are to listened whether one wants to hear them or not. Why.Why cant a person talk to a CE by pressing the option.I had unfortunately purchased a USB-3G card which was announced with much fan fare that would even work in the most remote part of the country. My USB does not work even 40km away from TVM .Pl help
