account number 9016924022. I can already paid that Bsnl bill amount for 366Rs at 15. 02. 2016 (Monday) via online PAYTM application. After paid that amount I can check them in Bsnl sever and viewing bill status in Bsnl sever it's not updated. My complaint is bill amount it's not updated. So how many days taken for updating bill details.

We have compliant many time in dhalavoipuram BSNL office. They are solving the issue, then later we are facing with same issue. Now also we are facing with the same issue. 04566-220005-Broad Band connection is not working since last three days. I have contacted local BSNL office through by their land line number many times for every day (04566-223600), but they did not attend my call.

Due to this problems we running private browsing centre and we are loosing our business. Please take this mater on top urgent basis and rectify the same with immediate effect.
