Sad and Disappointed My daughter's mayari sandals toe strap broke. She had the shoes less than a year. She is an avid Birk wearer. Wearing her other Birks with socks daily to school. Not realizing she could have them repaired, she tossed them in recycle on Tuesday. Trash ran yesterday, and her friend tells her today.

No the problem was not solved. I was told that it was the way i wear the shoe and how I stand in them, I ask how long the shoes last, because I got them a year ago)Kitchen pro clog black) and I was told yes that how long they last, excellent for 65 dollars they last one year and then the top of the shoe splits in half not both just one and it was my fault do to wear and tear, and there is no warranty. Can you help?
I bought a pair of red patent leather Birkis about two weeks ago.
About one inch of the shiny patent leather has come off the strap.
Is there anything you can do to help.
i brought them back to the shop in Wicklow Street, Dublin where I purchased them.
but they say they can not help.
They suggest that it might have been something I spilled on them ~ maybe sunscreen liquid or mosquito spray.
I love the shoes and am a big fan of Birkenstocks. I have been wearing them for the last 30 years and never had a problem before.
