My wife and I found a disturbing substance in a jar of Four cheese Rosa sauce and called and emailed your company. We have case number 150277919 and have tried to send pictures to Bertolli@mizkan.com, but the emails of the pictures do not go through. We have had NO RESPONSE from you after five days and must now consider a massive social media alert to show all what was found in the hopes that this disturbing event will go viral. We will try this last resort email and will look for a proper response immediately before spreading the pictures onto the internet and Facebook. I love your extra virgin olive oil, but the cap on your 1. five liter bottle needs some work. Once opening the bottle I could not tighten the cap as the thread were not strong enough to re-seal the bottle tightly. The cap would not seat. It would just keep spinning as you tried to tighten.

I fixed a Bertolli Chicken Florentine and Farfalle for two tonight. Upon cooking I realized it did not thicken' it was due to NO PASTA in the package Only the spinach and chicken. It was like soup. Needless to say, we did not eat it and therefore, I would hope that I would be reimbursed/coupon for another meal. This was a huge disappointment, as we are on a fixed income and having this meal is a treat for my husband and myself. My information from the package is as follows:

Cooked the Bertolli classic chicken florentine meal for 2. While eating it my husband found a big piece of white rubbery somrthing in his. We keep this piece, needless to say dinner was over at that minute. Do i get this tested to see what i is or will Bertolli that care of this. Very discussing as to what this is. Purchased a jar of your alfredo sauce. Expiration date 9/14/2017. Jar is sealed because pop up button on lid didn't pop up however, there is a brown and black moldy substance in the jar. H
Ave purchased this product several times and never had an issue. Should i just return it to publix or mail it to you?.

I prepared a Bertolli Shrimp Scampi and Linguine frozen Classic meal for two tonight and there was very little linguine in the package. When I put the frozen ingredients into the microwave dish I noticed that there was a lot more room in the dish than normal. I would like Bertolli to replace the dinner.

We have always enjoyed the Bertolli Tomatoe Florentine soup. We bought three bags the last time we shopped. The first one came out terrrible. They must have forgot to add the cubes of tomato sauce and was dry. The second bag was also not right. It had more liquid, but not creamy. I called customer service and they sold the frozen food line to Con Agra We'll see what happens.

I purchased a shrimp, asparagus and penne pasta meal for two, prepared it according to the directions on the back of the package. It had no sauce or flavor, and was dry and sticky. I couldn't even eat it. I purchase these meals all the time and was wondering if the recipe was changed or if they forgot to put the sauce in this package. I will not be purchasing these if this is the new recipe.

Bertolli, I absolutely LOVE your Bertolli Classic Meal for two frozen entrees. It creates more time for this supermom to get other task list items done before the clock strike midnight. However, I have noticed that over time, other than bag getting smaller, but now so are the contents IN the bag, but price remains. I purchased yet another one of your meals today (Shrimp Scampi and Linguine) and was highly disappointed. Instead, I noticed that the volume of pasta had significantly decreased and the Alfredo sauce had overwhelming increased in quantity. It's definite not a "Meal for 2" anymore. I really hate looking for an alternative that can "actually feed two people. What is a girl to do?.

We had a fire in our home on Thanksgiving and all the power was turned off. I had an unopened two liter bottle of extra light olive oil in my pantry. We I went back to clean out the pantry, the oil was partially frozen. I thought oil did not freeze. I am not sure if the product can be used and if not could I get a coupon for a replacement bottle? Please advise.
