Respected Sir/Madam
This is for your kind information that I have booked a complaint regarding Broad Band non- functioning/internet and WiFi systems are not working since 10. 8. 2016 and I booked a complaint on the same date through 1500. To my surprise on 13. 8. 2016 a SMS from BSNL was received informing me that my problem/complaint is resolved where as no body whosoever is visited my residence nor the problem was rectified. I am lost to understand why this SMS message is given to me when initial problem has never been addressed/rectified. This was brought to the knowledge of ASD Shri Khobragade. However on 13. 8. 2016 immediately after receiving the Message I once again lodged a complaint. Also on 11. 8. 2016 as per the advice of ASD Shri Khobragade I again booked the Land Line complaint. Till date nothing has been done to rectify the complaint hence, this E-mail to your goodself. Kindly use your good offices to do the needful. P. A. Qadri, Nagpur, 18. 8. 2016.
