I am Sayed Shujat Ali i bought a Sail on October ten 2015, i have several complaints regarding the dealer. When i bought my car first they troubled me a lot regarding the finance procedure and after that when everything when smooth and easy i got the car with the broken luggage carrier i never said anything, after my visit for the service they are so irresponsible that they do not do the service properly and do it as they are having burden upon their shoulders and then also i thought its ok and now its been heights when i received a notice regarding the registration that my car was registered as NON -AC car and i have been fined for that and i am not at all happy with the they deal with their customers and i would not recommend anyone to buy a chevrolet from them its my humble request to look after them ass they are not good at all for the companies dealership. I having Chevrolet spark Mfr. Year of 3/2009, Chase No. MA6MF481PQTC19093 yesterday while iam going at 80km Speed in high way, break pedal going inside while iam applying the break car cant stop if apply the break, fortunately I apply the second time the break system works, after this incident car will stop when applying the break at second time, first time the pedal will go inside, after few hours totally break system failed to stop the car. Then I stop the car and restart again then the break system function few hours again the break system failed I do not know what is going on in the cheverolet car. Need the immediate response for this complaint.

i am posted in raigarh, chhatisgarh and had given my spark to balram motors rourkela, odisha for servicing and repairs on 17/01/2015. they handed over the vehicle to me on 18/01/2015 (Sunday). the service center forgot to hand over the vehicle's service record book to me. i kept persuading the matter, and they told me that the book was safely kept in their custody and that the same would be handed over to me on my next visit. today they say that the book is missing. i have reported the case to the Chevrolet customer care. i request the Chevrolet customer care to please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

I have drive the car on self driving only about 13000km. Now my car steering is not working with power and is very hard. When I contact your dealer SPEED CHEVROLET with my car. After inspect by the technician there, they found steering moter is not working, and ask for rupees 35, 000/(apoox) forits replacement. Sir, I became very much surprised to know that while car is run only 13000 km. How this happens. Yours is a very reputed company, so how this thing happens. I have paid around six lac for the car and it creates problem after a 13000 km run. Sir, it hurts me. Please look into the matter and arrange to replace the same free of charge. I own a Chevrolet spark purchased at Singh Motors, kharadi, Pune. I was informed by them that the 3rd mandatory service was chargeable and would cost rupees. 3, 500/-. Inspite of the fact that no part is due for change, I do not understand why such a high cost for the 3rd service of a car purchased on 1-June 2013. However, the service station has not bothered to provide any explanation. They only stated that chevrolet promise would not be valid if I did not get the service done. Chevrolet cruze vcdi at Ltd 2. 0 white diamond bearing chasis number Ma6jadbddch003300 engine number Z20d1169156k key number Z1154 from, m/s metro motors, vasant kunj, new Delhi vide their invoice number 23 dated 12th April 2013 in the name of m/s medi link surgicals, a-413 ansal chamber-1 bhikaji cama place, new Delhi-110 066, our firm. It was allotted regn number Dl-9ct-5821 and is under my personal control. We had preferred your vehicle since it was reported to us that it is equipped with front dual air-bags and side air bags to ensure safety.
On 21st September 2014 when i was coming back to my residence in order to save a street dog, it met with an accident and thereafter i had parked within the premises of m/s metro motors, vasant kunj, and is still lying there.
It is really strange that neither the frontal bags nor the side one opened though the impact was quite high. It seems that there is either some manufacturing defect in the vehicle.

I gave my Spark to Platinum Saibaba Sales P. Ltd. on 11.09.2013 for servicing. I got back my vehicle on 20.09.2013. However, when I tried to start it today I was SHOCKED to note that the car would not start at all. Since I had some very important work today I found myself very much disadvantaged.
