I was at andheri metro station Monginis I wanted to buy stuff from Monginis. First of all there was no staff secondly when you saw a girl she was standing outside and talking to a guy as you asked her about the order she told me nobody is here
Soon i was clicking the pic of the empty shop without staff she ran and came
Staff like dis are spooling your reputation and returning the customer if you dnt want Dan shut the shop
Really really upset.

The slice cake of Monginis com. I bought a one chocolate slice cake wort rupees 5. When i open the packet the smell of cake was very hazardous smell even I when take the smell that I have not eat the cake. The cake mfg. Date was 5-7-2016. They have said that use before two months. I purchase on 21-8-2016. It already damage.

I visited a Monginis outlet at Porvorim Housing Board on Thursday 30th June 2016 to place an order for the Sunday 03 of July 2016 (Morning) and I told him specifically Morning as I have a Birthday party for my four year old in the afternoon. When i went in the morning @ 11:00, he tell me that my came damaged from Monginis and so it was sent back and told that it will come at 3:00 Pm. How can this be accepted from Monginis, when the party is in the morning and they deliver the cake in the afternoon when the party is over. But still i went at 3:00 pm the shop was still closed. I had to wait for 30 min outside the shop. Later collect it from the van without writing the Message on the cake. This is really frustrating as i did not aspect The Management of the Monginis to do such blunder.

Complain about maa mangla Monginis outlet, next to cinemax, beverly park, mira road east thane. A person at shop named Mittu mobile No. 9967399570 behaved very rudely with my daughter and harrassed her to repeat the visit to the outlet on three separate occassions. Her fault having bought a cream doughnut for rupees. 30/- on 15/03/16 and finding it with expiry of 15/03/16 she went to replace it, the lady on counter gave her another doughnut with expiry on 16/03/16. My daughter never saw the date, consumed the doughnut had food poisoning, on 17th March 16 she went to inform about the same at the shop, this man Mittu CALLED HER ON three SEPARATE OCCASSIONS and abused her and humiliated her publicly denying the transaction, with the lady. I want strict action to be taken against both the personnel, , another point the A. C. Of the shop was very poor there were flies in the glass case at the time I visited today 21st March. Mittu tells owner of the shop loknath mishra 9324106021.

I've placed an online order for a Cake with the order number APP-172187 on 10th May, 2015 (India). I got an invoice on my email-id however on checking the same I realized that the time mentioned was 00:00:00(13th May). I wanted the cake to get delivered in the evening so tried calling the customer care numbers one by one. (The time of delivery was never asked in the options while placing an order).
