I am a central government employee. Presently posted in Hyderabad. I am from Odisha. I do not know Telugu. I have two Tata Docomo number at Hyderabad i.e. 8125260693 and 8125260694. Yesterday i have recharged with RS 53 each to decrease my call rate to 1p/2s. Though the recharge was successful, but presently call charge is 1p/s. I have tried to contact the customer care, but not possible because their language is only Telugu. Being the national telecom company, the language must be both Hindi and English. Kindly solve my problem and contact me with these numbers, otherwise there will be no other way than to change the network. I am also trying to take the issue at the national level for the betterment of other customer.

contacted to customer care (Paid no) and he replied that no recharge was
done by TATA Docomo. This processes consumed my rupees six on call, but still
