Sir my service registration 14478832 is registered on 31st janu, iam a customer vodaphone since they have start from the beganing, butnow a days no network service and tower turns off much trouble, vodaphone starts 4g network i think vodaphone only provide basic network, one of the best worst network in the world recent days please do not use vodaphone SIM, use other network for no network disturbence thank u.

I am not getting my bill timely and bills are sent at very late stage leaving only one or two days in hand for payment. Though I receive message, but without your company bill I will not get reimbursement as per government norms of the state even if I make payment. I have contacted the local Vodafone store 'Amrit Lok at Udaipur, Gomati District, Tripura is unable to help me. Rather I had to pay the bill of Rs. 453/- due on 02. 08. 15 on your SMS, but to my surprise the person of billing counter again accepted payment of Rs. 500 for the same period on being paid by my husband as he had no knowledge of my payment, so the same may be adjusted and reflected in the company bill. This type of problem may be sorted from your end immediately.

MY Vodafone number 9774007010 is presently under red postpaid scheme. I want to change it to 99 combo scheme by cancelling the red scheme. Accordingly i have met with local dealer from whom i have taken the sim and told him about my desire. He advised me to call at 111 to solve the issue.
