4:12 LOOP C is arriving six minutes earlier since ends of last week, so besides arriving at 4. 25pm to the 3975 westchester ave., it pass through in a rush at 4. 19pm. I just got the timing to get it and what really bothers me is that then, the bus driver stops at the 2900 westchester ave. Without no one waiting there for at least four minutes on tuesday and near ten minutes yesterday (wednesday) until two girls come up in the bus as they seems to be friends. It's rude do not respecting other people time making you be earlier in the bus stop for making you wait until his friends decide to show up.

I complaint about rude attitude of the bus driver (black guy) number 13 from OSSINING to Portchester. Today, 09/15/2015 at around 12. 46 I got on the bus at the Arcadian Bus stop in OSSINING to go to White Plains get off at Main street. On the way there I decided to get off at Tarry town road bus stop in front of OFF Saks Fift store. So I asked the driver if I can get a transfer ticket. And the driver, rudely responded" why didn't you ask when you get on?" I responded that I changed my mind, then he said rudely" It is nothing to do with me whether you get off somewhere, why didn't you get it when you get on?". I didn't know if the passengers only allowed to get transfer ticket only when they get on the bus. I was so embarrassed in front of other passengers and felt traumatized about his behavior. Please Address this this issue accordingly. Thank you.

Dear Sir,Yesterday around 3:25 pm my daughter and three other people were waiting at the bus stop at Mercy College, for )Line 66). However the driver did not stop even when the girls were waving their hands. One of their friends followed the bus on his skateboard with the hopes that the driver will stop. There is a female bus driver who is always about 20 minutes late on the 45 bus route going in either direction. Today she drove the 45 to Eastchester didn't get to main street till 9:30 when she was suppose to be there at 9:18. The bus number was 625.
