Hi,
I recently converted from oil to gas. I have a gas boiler X-2 SERIES WITH INDIRECT WATER HEATER. System works great Only complaint We have is the clunk the gas valve makes when it opens and closes. Sound seems to travel through gas line and to floor beams. Its very annoying. Is there a valve that doesn't do this ? If so which one? Boiler is model x-205 ser. 65647914. Please help me resolve this. Thanks,

Our boiler has not been functioning properly. On Resurrection Sunday, it died and refuses to start up. It was not functioning on its own during Wednesday's blizzard. Your Product and especially your customer Service sucks

I have the Alpine 210. The orange rubber gasket on the exhaust air crumples and leaks condensate. Instead of sending me replacement gasket (or really you should send a dozen to compensate for an extremely poor design) Burnham wants $210 or more for a replacement of the whole assembly when all that is needed is the orange rubber gasket for the 3" output on this model. My v83 boiler was installed on 3-15-05. The block is now leaking. I called and was told that you will provide a free block, but I must pay in full for the repair, which is $3, ooo. It is my understanding that this is a common problem with a defect with the sasting, This is only five months beyond the full coverage of ten years. I am 83 years old on a fixed income and never expected a boiler to last such a short time. Can you please replace the boiler for me? thank you.

Relay switch needs to be jiggled sometimes to ignite boiler i have already replace the switch for $800. 00 and was told by burnham support to tie wrap the clip witch is the problem. I have come home and its 50 degrees in the house and just the pump is running.
