With this lofty ideal in mind, they sought - out a bunch of like -minded individuals formed ECTC, a Charitable Trust with 51 members and a 15 member - board. Brooking no delay, the trust did the feasibility study and after extensive search located the necessary parcel of land near Karalmanna. Design of the structures and buildings has been entrusted with reputed architects and work commenced on war footing.
