The women's restroom within the baggage claim area (near the elevator and escalators) is the most dirtiest public restroom I have ever walked into. That restroom needs more than a good scrubbing; it is in need of a major remodel. I think that the blue tile and bathroom stalls are old and beyond cleaning. I cannot believe that we are a major city or want to be amongst the major cities and our airport restrooms are in such poor condition. Lets take pride Cleveland in our airport as well as in our city and update and provide our travelers with a clean place to use the facilities like other major airports. You should hear what your travelers are saying when they enter that restrooms. I am a shame and I do not blame them. That restroom made me throw up because I had to hold my nose and mouth in order to use the restroom. My friends and family from Chicago and Atlanta were shaking their heads and refused to use that restroom. HELP.
