Ordered a supreme, no sausage. Didn't get as ordered, I got no olives and got sauasage. Asked for olives on the side since it didn't have any on. Employee said she couldn't. Told her to tell the man who made it about the situation. He came to my table acted really rude about the whole situation and was giving me smart comments about how the supreme doesn't come with olives and how the pizza had no sausage that they were beef balls. Told him they always make it with olives and that if anyone saw those meat balls they would also think they are sausage. Also told him that whether they were beef balls or sausage I didn't want them on. He got upset and said he knows what he's doing because he the district manager and that next time I should order my pizza right that's when I definitely got upset and told him he could leave and I would never come back he said that's fine with me and as he walked away he said it's not my fault you do not know how to order your pizza.

My complaint is about your restaurant located at Westheimer and Kirkwood here in Houston. I visited there last Friday evening, and no manager came when I complained to a staff person. My complaints are:1. A female bus boy took my nearly full glass of soda, plates, utensils , etc and cleared my table when all I was doing was being up at the bar area for another breadstick. She never apologized and never got me new utensils and napkins etc. Someone gave me a new glass, but I had to get everything else myself. Found it very rude. 2. Staff must pay closer attention to unsupervised children up at the food bar. In front of me several unsupervised children were touching lots of pizza slices and breadsticks with their fingers and then leaving them there. That's disgusting way to supervise a food and salad bar. 3. No manager came to my table to discuss my issues. Poor management.

Nasty, filthy and disgusting restaurant on St. Andrews Rd, Columbia Sc. My family and I will most likely never eat there again. We were there at 5pm today. There was one young man doing clean up, which was not enough! Poor management is the only explanation. Honestly, he should have locked the door for 15min to clean up. It was that bad!
