Please, Please, help me. My name is William Pariseau, I am from the United States, I was stationed in Germany, but most of the time deployed. I was wounded and medically retired. I am 100% disabled. I was sent to the US from the Landstuhl American Air Base hospital, never to return back to Germany. I have an account with Clickandbuy and I am trying to have them wire the money back to my account in the US. The German bank account I opened it with is closed. The account was closed. So they sent me a list of items I needed to accomplish the wire, I sent everything to the letter, and now it was declined. This is the only phone number I could find, so I pray you can help me. I have been trying to resolve my issue with you guys for the past two weeks now the website is the most unhelpful one I've come across. Because of this issue i have been unable to use iTunes for purchases and updates i have phone the number on several occasions and no reply. WHY? all i want to do is pay my balance off. Which according to my bank account has been taken. But i still can not use iTunes. WHY?severly pissed off.

I had a telephonic call on 23. 04. 2015 from your side through your Neha Sharma of sale department that I am being sent some gift items worth Rs. 5070/- having your payment arrangement through State Bank of India Credit Card and draw Rs. 5070/-through my SBI Credit Card ×××7745 through AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK on 23rd April, 2015, in spite of my repeated request that I do not need the goods and so do not send these items to me and also do not draw the money from my SBI Credit Card. But I am sorry to say that the money was withdrawn from my Credit Card and now there is complete silence from your end i. E neither my money has been refunded to me nor I have received anything from your end. Please immediately refund my Rs. 5070/-to me as more than a month has been elapsed.
