Recently (as of May22, 2020) I noticed a phone payment was made to Comenity Bank in the amount of $35. 00. It was also done on June 23, 2020. I only have to accounts, they are Old Pueblo Traders and Dental First. I talked to a young lady at Comenity and we got no where about another account or who made the phone payment. I am a 100% disabled combat Veteran. I closed my account with King Size when in Aug 2017 a payment was late due to being in the VA hospital and missed a payment for the 1st time. Payment was made, but by the time I was released from the hospital another payment was late. Tired of this I closed the account and paid them off in full. This week quarterly updates for the credit bureaus were posted. My credit score dropped over 70 points which put my new home loan in jeopardy. I'm tying to see if they will grant me a one time favor and adjust there report seeing this happened only this one time and has effected my other wise spotless payment record. I just want a break.

I have done extensive research and investigation on this bank. They fail to follow the law and are particularly rude, unhelpful, interested in only assessing late fees and charges for credit cards but have never provided any written agreement to their terms concerning late fees, interest, etc. I am putting together information to submit a federal agency to request that they file a class action lawsuit. If you are comfortable with giving me a contact number, and statement, i can submit it with other complaints along with research i have done. On November three shell fuel reward master card said my card number was stolen. I haven't used that card in a while, they told me twice they sent me a replacement card. Today I called them and they told me they weren't going to send me another card because you weren't carrying there account after April. I do not believe my card number was stolen. It's a scam to get your card so you can not use it anymore. They promised me that card twice. I held off a trip for Thanksgiving waiting for the card they told me twice they had sent me and then told me today I wouldn't get another one. A phone number to reach me is 772 626 1165.

Your statements online where incorrect. When it was reported to you of this inaccuracy, all you did was change the view link. They problem is, none of the statements showed a package end date. All they showed was 'Package Ending Soon. ' Since it never showed an end date, my account all of a sudden jumped as if I never signed up for a package. And Since I've sent in a complaint for you to review, you are charging me late fees, when you said you wouldn't. How am I supposed to know of a end date WHEN YOU DO NOT PUT IT ON THE STATEMENTS? And now I can not even load your webpage to view the statements. Do NOT sign up for a card through this bank.
