Several of my red Cook's Essential skillets, (8" and 10") silicone handles are sticky, almost like glue. It is not grease that caused it as no grease had been used when it started. I have tried all the recommended fixes like Dawn and scrubbing, no help, in fact was more sticky. Do you have a better solution to remedy this problem? Will try anything as they are my favorite to use.

I received a cook's essential blender, smoothie maker awhile back from a friend. Used it a couple of times and then just recently decided to go forward and use again. Well first couple of times(maybe 6-10 times). Wonderful. Now when I use it, the contents in the container seeps through to the base of the machine causing leakage in the blade area in the base. I tighten it really good. Don't know why it has started to do this. Please advise. Otherwise I love the machine. Thank you.

I have had my pots and pans less then a year and within two weeks the pan I wanted and was going to use most was losing it's coating on the bottom. Now I just noticed my skillet is doing the same thing. I use my pans every day and hand wash each one so I know they will not get scratched or abused by me. I can not afford to buy new pots and pans all the time and had to save for months for pans I can not use anymore. I am sorely disappointed and will not buy your product again, hell I can not afford to I also put out a mass text to my friends and family to follow me in this consumer boycott.

Received Cooks Essentials pots as a gift-after about a year or so of use the coating was completely warn off-I called qvc and they refused to replace items because I had no proof of purchase-If you truly stand behind your product-it clearly wasn't a counterfeit set, you should have replaced them. They are a qvc product and cannot be purchased anywhere else, therefore no proof of purchase should be necessary. I have ordered many things from QVC without a problem, I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given. No matter when it was purchased, or if it was given as a gift, it is your product and if it is truly guaranteed, it should have been replaced no questions asked.

I have the Cook's Essential Breakfast Maker, i. E. The combined toaster, coffee maker and kettle. I have had it for three years and love it. However, I just put a slice of bread in the toaster, there was a loud "pop" and the toaster no longer works. It happened once before, when it tripped the power circuit and at that time, once I had reset the circuit, the toaster continued to function. Unfortunately, this time, it doesn't work. Although the other two components work perfectly. Is there a restart button or an individual fuse somewhere that I could use to restart the toaster, please ? It seems such a shame to scrap the whole product, when the kettle and coffee maker are still working perfectly. Thank you for your help in this matter. Diana Bliss .

I received a cookware set of pots and pans as a gift from my parents last year. The bottom of the pots and pans are starting to flake off and getting ng into our food. I read that this was not to happen while using proper tools. I haven't used any sharp or metal tolls and have never put them in the dishwasher. I loved cooking with them bc it was so easy to clean, but for the price of the cook ware and it only lasting a year I am greatly disappointed.
