I purchased this from a young man called Owen who did seem to have a problem at the time and had to talk to another member of staff as to what to do. The complaint is my aunt phoned me today to say the Huddersfield Costa she tried to use it in today couldn’t accept it as there was no value on it. Can you please explain why not, and reimburse my £10?
